All BingaZinga products are digital downloads — desktop applications and strategy guides delivered by email after purchase. By completing checkout you confirm you are purchasing a digital product and have read these terms.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your download with others.
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the download link has been delivered. However, if you have a genuine problem — the file won't install, the link is broken, or the product is significantly different from what was described — email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right. We handle every case individually and our goal is that you're satisfied.

Download links are valid for 72 hours after delivery. If your link has expired, contact us and we'll send a fresh one at no charge.
Products marked "lifetime access & free updates" will receive updates at our discretion. We aim to keep all apps compatible with current operating systems.
